About SoZo

A whole-person health system

SoZo supports the full breadth of wellbeing and chronic health needs - from prevention to intervention and effective management. It does not replace the existing healthcare system. It enhances it, by supporting people with measurable improvements in physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing before challenges become a crisis. It is the difference between managing symptoms and disease or creating the conditions for healthy living.

Today’s health solutions miss the human story

The scale of health challenges is growing as more people globally navigate multiple chronic conditions, mental-health struggles and the loneliness of feeling unheard. Despite billions spent on health and wellbeing technologies, outcomes are worsening: support remains disjointed, impersonal and out of reach.

We have been trained to understand health as a problem to be solved – a collection of symptoms to be managed with more data, more analysis and more certainty. This mode of thinking has delivered extraordinary progress, but it has also led us to treat the body like a machine and wellbeing like an equation to be optimised in fragmented parts.

Yet life is not linear. Our minds, bodies and emotions form a living system, one that is dynamic, relational and intrinsically unpredictable. We cannot engineer a living system into health with fragmented health support.

Generative AI is rapidly entering healthcare. Its internet-trained models are impersonal, have limited guardrails and are prone to amplifying bias, misinformation, risk, inequity and loneliness. These models can deepen dependency and curtail growth. Their impact on our planet is also massive.

There is, however, a proven path to healthy living through integrated whole-person support: building health agency through awareness, understanding and relationship. It is grounded in proven integrative health methods such as behavioural science, emotional resilience, neuroscience, mind-body and nature-based methods. But such support is costly, not scalable and inaccessible for most.
