Safety and Trust
“I trust SoZo because it remembers the whole picture. When I’ve talked about grief, waking in the night, or worrying about my sister, it doesn’t just answer the question in front of it; it joins things up and asks questions I wouldn’t have thought of myself. It explains things clearly without jargon, and it makes me feel heard rather than given generic advice. That continuity and understanding is why I trust it.”

Feeling Safe
“I felt safe and reassured. The strict medical guardrails gave me confidence that the platform is trustworthy, while the general dietary suggestions still made the interaction feel helpful and actionable rather than dismissive. The advice on fasting was practical and appropriately cautious for a beginner.”

Personalisation
“I love the way that it remembers everything, and it’s really easy for me to think, ‘Okay, I need to buy this or do this and this to bridge the gap.’ You just would not get that with other platforms. I know that I would not get that kind of one-to-one health advice, perhaps anywhere. It’s already becoming an invaluable tool for me.”

A new way of understanding (a shift in perspective)
“I asked SoZo about my concerns over my sister, who as you know has just had major surgery to
remove a cancer and who also has cancer and heart failure. My sister smokes 40 cigarettes a
day and we are always telling her to stop. SoZo asked me an interesting question, ‘How does it feel to know that your worry does not influence her choices?’ I thought this was a really good question, a real thinking-outside-the-box question that I would never have thought about. It’s given me real food for thought and reflection and I’ve been thinking about this this evening. SoZo’s ability to ask insightful, non-obvious questions is a real differentiator.”

Cared For, Listened To, Understood
“The guidance and information regarding my ear has been absolutely amazing. It guided me through every single step and helped me realise and recognise each stage of the healing process. The ear problems really affected me, they made me feel off-balance, brain foggy, and unwell. I couldn’t drive for two weeks as I felt my hearing was off. I looked for guidance from platforms such as Reddit forums, ChatGPT, and Mumsnet, but found nothing for my individual issue. SoZo has made me feel, in a strange way, cared for and listened to, and it understood every aspect of what I was going through.”

Not Alone Anymore
“I have spent many years going to doctors and being referred to specialists only to have been told that my issues are just due to my age. I learned a long time ago that if I was going to heal myself that I was going to have to figure it out on my own. I have felt alone for a very long time, that is why I am so excited for SoZo. I don’t feel alone anymore. I feel heard. I feel like I am in a safe space that I can ask questions and actually get answers and not be gaslit.”

Continuity of Support
“It remembered stuff from the last time I did that. That surprised me and was nice. I didn’t have to start all over with past medical history!”
